Home deliveries are free for any order over €35 and cost €3.95 for lower amounts. Free returns.

For orders shipped to Spain, we accept size exchanges for a received product, provided that the new size has the same price as the originally purchased one.
Steps to follow:
- Request the return or size exchange at cambios.pablosky.com. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
- Package. Pack the shoes in the original packaging.
- Deliver package. From your home, hand your package to the carrier who will come to the specified address. Remember that you do not need to print any shipping label; the messenger will bring it printed. In the coming days, you will receive the amount of your return in the same way you made your purchase and an email informing you of the refund.
We remind you that we can only refund products returned correctly. If your return does not meet the described conditions, Pablosky will not be able to issue the refund, and you may request the return of your package, assuming, in that case, the new shipping costs from the warehouses.
