1 ZAPACOLE = 1 EURO

1. Promotional Period

This promotion applies only to online store orders placed in Spain, with a shipping address within Spanish territory.

It consists of two distinct phases:

• Zapacole (coupon) generation period: Applicable to all orders shipped to Spanish territory between August 1 and September 10, 2026 (inclusive).
  
  Purchases made from August 1, 2026, will receive their coupon retroactively once the campaign is activated on the web platform.
  
• Zapacole (coupon) redemption period: Generated discount coupons can only be used for purchases made between September 15 and November 15, 2026 (inclusive). After this date, coupons will expire and lose all value.

2. Coupon Value Calculation (1 Zapacole = 1 Euro)

• The value of the discount coupon will be equivalent to 10% of the total amount of products purchased in the original order (excluding shipping costs or other associated services).
  
• The promotion's equivalency is direct and without complex point systems: 1 Zapacole is equivalent to €1 of actual discount for your next purchase.
  
• Practical example: A product order of €63 will automatically generate an individual coupon of €6.3 (6.3 Zapacoles) for the next purchase.

3. Terms of Use and Restrictions

• Single use: Each Zapacole coupon is associated with a unique code and is for single use only. Once applied to a purchase, it will be completely invalidated.
  
• Not cumulative per order: Coupons are generated individually for each order placed. If a customer places two different orders, they will receive two independent discount coupons. During the redemption phase, only one coupon can be applied per new order (it is not possible to accumulate or combine the balance of several coupons in a single purchase).
  
• Not combinable: This promotion is not cumulative or combinable with other discount coupons, special promotions, additional sales, or active offers on the website during the redemption period.

4. Returns and Cancellations Policy

• If a total or partial return is made for items from an order that generated a Zapacole coupon, said coupon will be automatically canceled and rendered void.

• It is not permitted to use discount coupons that have been generated by items that were subsequently returned.

• In the event that a customer redeems a coupon and, subsequently or simultaneously, proceeds to return the original order that generated it, Pablosky reserves the right not to confirm the new order where the fraudulent discount was applied, proceeding to readjust the amounts or to make the corresponding refund after deducting the value of the improperly used coupon.
