IDENTITY
This contest is organized by Calzados Pablo, S.L.U., with registered office at Maestro Guerrero, 26 (45510) in Fuensalida (Toledo), Spain; registered in the Mercantile Register of Toledo, Book of Companies, To.1439, Book 0, F.81, Sec.8, H.to 2366, Entry 19th and with Tax Identification Number ES- 45007671. (hereinafter "Pablosky") and VENTE-PRIVEE.COM, with registered office in 3210 La Plaine Saint-Denis, France, at 249 avenue du Président Wilson, registered with the RCS of Bobigny under file number 434 317 293.
CONTEST
The contest is a promotion that gives you the opportunity to win one of 5 Pablosky gift cards (detailed below) valued at €300. The contest will be valid from 11/10/2024 (at 09:01 A.M.) until 11/12/2024 (at 07:00 A.M.) ("Contest Period").

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This contest is open to all individuals in Spain aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 years of age may not participate in this contest. Once a person has completed the participation requirements, as set out below, they will become a participant ("Participant").
The following are excluded from participation: (i) employees of Pablosky & VEEPEE or companies affiliated with or associated with Pablosky & VEEPEE, (ii) any other person involved in the organization of the contest, and (iii) immediate family members of the persons mentioned in points (i) or (ii).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
Participation is free. To be eligible to win a prize, the Participant must (i) have entered a valid email address and valid personal data (their full name and surname) on the contest login screen and followed the on-screen instructions, and have registered before 11/12/2024 (at 07:00 A.M.), (ii) have accepted these Terms and Conditions and (iii) have opted to receive the gift card.
The participant can register for the contest, on their own initiative, by filling out the form on the homepage.
No other way of submitting the entry form (e.g., by phone, fax or any other means) will be considered valid.
PRIZE AND WINNER DETERMINATION
Each Participant is limited to one (1) entry in the contest and may only win one Prize once. In total, 5 Prizes will be drawn and distributed in Spain.
The prize offered by Pablosky in the contest is a gift card with a total value of €300.
The winner of the contest will be randomly selected from the Participants on 11/13/2024 and contacted by email by Pablosky. The winner will have a maximum of 15 days to respond to Pablosky and its Partner and claim the prize.
DELIVERY
Pablosky will send the Prize to the winner within a reasonable period, no later than 15 working days after contacting the winner by email. After receiving the email requesting shipping information, the winner will have 15 days to respond with the details. Otherwise, the Prize will be declared null and void.
All Prizes in this contest are not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation. Furthermore, Pablosky & VEEPEE are not obligated to communicate or correspond about the outcome of this contest. Participants must provide a valid email address so that Pablosky & VEEPEE can contact the winner and deliver the Prize in due course. Pablosky must be able to identify you as an individual from the information collected through your participation. In this regard, you confirm that your information is accurate and up-to-date.
PRIVACY
By participating in the contest, Pablosky will use the personal data of Participants collected solely for the purpose of carrying out the contest and sending our newsletter if the Participant has given their consent. Pablosky will collect the Participant's first and last name and email address for contest participation and newsletter subscription. Personal data will not be used or stored by Pablosky for any other purpose, unless participants have given their consent. Personal data provided at the time of participation will be treated by Pablosky with strict confidentiality and will be stored and/or processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation. Personal data will be used, in the context of the contest, exclusively for its organization and development. If, during the contest, a Participant informs us that they no longer wish to participate, we will stop using their personal data for the contest (only for sending our newsletter if the Participant gave their consent). LIABILITY
Pablosky or VEEPEE cannot be held liable, except in case of fraud or deliberate error, for any damage suffered by a Participant as a consequence of or arising from their participation in the offer, or from the receipt or use of the offer, including, but not limited to, damages arising from not being able to participate or being excluded from the promotion, for any reason, and the suitability of a defect in the offer or the non-conformity of the offer.
EXCLUSION
Pablosky & VEEPEE have the right to exclude a Participant from participation in this contest and, therefore, from the possibility of winning a Prize, if the Participant has provided incorrect, incomplete, unclear or misleading information or has committed or attempted to commit fraud in any other way. Mass submissions of forms, participation by or through third parties or associations, macros or other automated methods and means of participation in the contest that do not fully comply with the provisions of the Rules will be excluded. If a Participant uses or manipulates a computer system to circumvent the Terms and Conditions, for example, by using "scripts", manipulating IP addresses, using the identity or login details of a third party, using any other automated method to generate additional entries to participate in the contest, this Participant and all similar means of participation in the contest will be excluded. In such a case, any prize awarded will be declared null and void.
APPLICABLE LAW
This promotion is governed by Spanish law and all disputes relating to the promotion that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts.
