IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO WORK TO REDUCE IT
Making shoes requires materials, energy, and resources.
That is why, for us, moving toward a more responsible way of producing means making concrete decisions about how we design, which materials we select, how much we produce, and how we manufacture.
We don't believe in labeling ourselves. We believe in doing things right and in continuing to improve them.
WE CAREFULLY CHOOSE WHAT GOES INTO OUR SHOES
Quality begins with the materials.
That is why we select our suppliers and seek out materials that meet our standards of quality, safety, and manufacturing.
Leather from certified tanneries
The leathers we use
come from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), whose
standard evaluates environmental aspects of leather manufacturing such as the use of
water and energy, chemical management, waste, and effluents.
Textiles tested for harmful substances
Practically all the
textile and synthetic materials we use are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, which guarantees that the certified items have been
tested for harmful substances in accordance with the standard's criteria.
Water-based adhesives
We have also adapted our
manufacturing processes and timelines to work with water-based adhesives,
avoiding the use of solvent-based adhesives in our assembly process.

WE MANUFACTURE HERE. AND WE MANUFACTURE WHAT WE NEED.
85% of our collections are manufactured in Spain and we work with more than 100 suppliers in Spain.
But it's not just about where we manufacture. How much we produce also matters.
Approximately 80% of our production is planned based on orders. And when certain models remain in stock at the end of a season, they can be reincorporated into subsequent collections.
We do not believe in producing to discard, nor in systematically replacing what still has life left in it.
OUR FACTORY IS ALSO PART OF THE CHANGE
Our factory has a photovoltaic installation and is designed to make the most of natural lighting during peak daylight hours.
These decisions are incorporated into our way of producing to better utilize resources and reduce our energy consumption needs.
And we continue to measure and review our processes to identify where we can improve.
WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN DISPOSABLE COLLECTIONS
We design and manufacture our footwear with quality and durability in mind, selecting materials and paying attention to detail so that our shoes are ready to accompany children in their day-to-day lives.
We know that manufacturing will always have an impact. That is why our commitment is not to claim that we are sustainable, but to keep looking for better ways to do what we know how to do.
