For orders over €35 in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, we ship for FREE!

If your purchase is less than €35, shipping costs €3.95.

At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands. But you can buy your Pablosky at one of our points of sale in the area. Take a look at our map!

• If you live in the Peninsula, delivery time can range from 1 to 4 business days . But we almost always get it done in 1 or 2 days. Fast as the wind!
• Shipments to the Balearic Islands take just a little longer. You can enjoy your Pablosky in 3 to 6 working days.

We'll be sorry, but we promise not to make a drama out of it.

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to make any changes or returns at no cost. In addition, for orders shipped to Spain, we will cover the costs.

To make things easy for you, we use Reveni platform . Here you can manage your exchanges and returns without having to wait and without processes that take forever.

If you want to make a return, no problem. You can choose between two options:

• Receive, instantly, the amount of your purchase in a check to use in our store (through the Reveni platform).
• Receive a refund, within a few days, via the payment method you used for your purchase.

In both options, a carrier will pick up your package and bring it back. It's that easy!

Dry clean them according to the material:

• Patent leather/Antique: clean well with a dry cotton cloth.
• Leather: Keep it looking new with colorless or skin-tone waxes.
• Nubuck/Suede: Clean with a soft brush or hard sponge.
